Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It’s easy on the eyes and a great go to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

The E. Howden Radio project came about as a result of a conversation with a DJ friend who suggested grouping my space themed songs with a narrative. I had been writing short stories for a while, and had used some as ideas for some of my songs.
I had never entered the world of spies in a short story, but had  written a song"Spy on the Night Train" in the past.
As ever my fascination with sci-fi gave me the idea of a `Marlow' type charactor, with elements of the sleuth, mixed with a bit of  Retro futurism,  and other cinematic ideas from Asimov to Philip K Dick as influences, Cordwainer Smith, Fritz Lang and the rest !

Slowly as i began writing, including songs as triggers for the narrative, a story took shape. The end result is about 2 and a half hours of story narrated with songs interspersed. I soon found i needed to create `Soundscapes' to go behind the voice over. Noises of futuristic cities in decline. Busy noisy dirty streets, air cars, and the tranquility of a Japanese garden beneath a Dome shaped force field with birds tweeting in their paradise.

The Story is on-going and evolving, and will be re-visting it on occasion, no doubt writing more songs to tie it together. Darren Smithson of Crossfire Radio,  added sci-fi pulp images and his own illustrated characters to present it as a Radio special on Crossfire Radio  with images on the thread. Above is one image i created. For the purpose of this special it will be called `The Time Fixers'. I know it as `E. Howden, Investigator in Time'
